Dr. Phyllis Hendry is the Associate Chair of Emergency Medicine Research at the University of Florida, College of Medicine in Jacksonville, and she is the principal investigator for PAMI. Douglas Suffield is the Primary Pain Coach and Educator for the PAMI at UF Health Jacksonville, Florida, and he is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Diplomat of Oriental Medicine.
