Applying Edge Work and Novel Movement to Painful Motion
Edge work is an approach to moving, experimenting with positional sensations such that self-efficacy and recovery expectations are facilitated. Applying pain science and theory to movement related clinical presentations, this type of therapy gives patients an understanding of what they are able to do.
