Superfrico
Rob M, Business Development Director, PAINWeek
Dinner at Superfrico was a highlight of our PAINWeek 2024 evenings. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a journey. You have to go to understand the uniqueness. Creative and Psychedelic! Sharing the experience with our sponsors and speakers made it even more special. If you’re staying at The Cosmo, don’t miss it!
Megan M, Senior Marketing Manager, PAINWeek
Our team had dinner one evening at Superfrico in our host hotel, The Cosmo. The background music and service were fantastic, but the real standout was the food. We accidentally stumbled upon a pro tip: order different dishes and share family style. The portions are generous—too much for one sitting—but sharing entrées, salads, and pasta lets everyone enjoy a little of everything.

Din Tai Fung at ARIA
Jesse C, Senior Copywriter, PAINWeek
Din Tai Fung is more than just a dim sum spot; it’s a performance and a feast! Watching chefs expertly hand-fold dumplings behind the glass was mesmerizing. Our team ordered family style, sharing an array of dishes like the spicy cucumber salad, garlicky string beans, and classic chicken dumplings. And dessert? Absolute magic. The chocolate-filled buns oozed molten chocolate when you poked them, a perfect ending to the meal. Truly a memorable dining experience!

China Poblano
Jesse C, Senior Copywriter, PAINWeek
A delightful surprise, China Poblano brings Chinese and Mexican flavors together side by side – but not fused! Start with the tableside guacamole, a must, and don’t skip the 20-vegetable fried rice. After a long travel day, the comforting chilaquiles hit the spot. This breakthrough restaurant is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for nostalgic eaters and fans of bold flavors.

Gordon Ramsay Burger
Alysha M, Social Media Specialist, PAINWeek
Foodies take note: Gordon Ramsay Burger is a Vegas must-visit. 🍔🔥 The burgers are as incredible as you’d expect, with tasty sides like truffle fries stealing the show. The vibrant atmosphere paired with unforgettable flavors makes this a dining experience you don’t want to miss.

Drybar Studio at the Cosmopolitan
Megan M, Senior Marketing Manager, PAINWeek
This isn’t so much a restaurant recommendation as an “I wish I’d thought of this” tip: there’s a Drybar studio in the hotel. I wish I’d booked an appointment for the day I arrived, just before the event started. It would’ve been a great way to unwind after traveling—and I’d have had a fresh 'do (kept with dry shampoo) for several days, avoiding a mid-week hair wash. Next time, I’ll book ahead!

We had the honor of touring the new UNLV School of Medicine. The facilities and medical education approach were cutting-edge, to say the least. It was an afternoon well spent with the leaders of the UNLV School of Medicine.
